We were hard at work over the holidays and are pleased to announce the launch of the LT Help Desk portal. From this portal, you can create support requests, add new services, manage billing, and much more. Additionally, we will be posting useful tips and tricks as well as instructional materials on how to use the portal. Furthermore, we have plans to introduce service monitors for commonly used services like UpDox, ePrescribe, and IkeMD.
