This issue is affecting all Microsoft Windows PC’s (mainly Windows 10) nationwide who received an update KB4093120 on May 8, 2018.  The issue is caused by RD Clients disabling CredSSP authentication. 

If you are a current customer of ours, we have patched your machines already.


There are two methods to fix this problem:
1) Run windows update on your server and clients
2) Enable CredSSP auth

Note, if you have thin client devices or non-Microsoft devices, it may be sometime until they are patched. As such, you will have to proceed with the instructions below:


You will need to download the following on any machine that has the issue:

https://www.ltmedical.net/RDPFix.exe

 

Be sure to save the file and Run as Administrator by right clicking the file. It must be run as admin.
