Hello, we have another update from Charlie at Amazing Charts regarding ePrescribing issues:

Many NewCrop clients encountered connectivity problems following the update and installation of the Web Security App Server. We coordinated with Sungard to identify the source of the issue, but they were unable to isolate the problem. The decision has been made to revert the DNS to the previous settings, bypassing the Web Security App Server. The server installation will continue to be reviewed offline for a later transition. This change should quickly restore connectivity for most users - however, dependent upon DNS propagation, this may an hour. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to see connectivity issues after 5pm CST, please contact technicalsupport@newcroprx.com with any error reports.
